STANDARD: Standardly shipped items process for 5-7 business days before being sent for delivery via Canada Post. 

INTERNATIONAL/USA:  International packages process for 5-10 business days before being sent for delivery via Canada Post/USPS.

HOLIDAY: During the holiday season, shipping delays could occur.

 

Please be aware all international orders (outside canada) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. this rate is determined by the receiving country. please contact your local customs for further information.

If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at Contact@kindjacollection.com and a representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ITEM(S) RECEIPT.

POSTAGE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM STORE CREDIT.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE WILL LEAD TO THE RETURN REQUEST BEING DENIED.
